What this notice covers
This notice covers the website at covely.ai: the pages you are reading, the contact form and the media served on them.
If you have a Covely account, the agreement you accepted when you created it also applies to what happens inside the application at app.covely.ai, including the material you upload and generate there.
What we collect
Three things, and nothing else on this site.
- What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, work email and company, and optionally your role, the subject and a message. It also records which page you sent it from and your browser's user agent string, which helps us reproduce a problem if you are reporting one.
- Request data. Serving a page necessarily involves your IP address, the time, the page requested and your user agent. Our hosting provider records these for security and reliability.
- Your cookie choice. Kept in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site today. If that changes, it will run only with your consent, and this notice and the Cookie Policy will say so first.

Who else handles it
We keep the list of processors short on purpose.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Where a provider processes data outside the country you are in, we rely on the transfer mechanisms available to us under applicable law and on the provider's own commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a sensible record of the conversation, then we delete it. Server logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format
- withdraw a consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what happened before
Write to hello@covely.ai and we will handle it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, and if you are in California or a state with similar law you have equivalent rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Contact form submissions are written to a table that the public key used by this site can add to but cannot read back, so a form submission cannot be used to read anyone else's.
No system is perfect. If you find a problem, tell us at hello@covely.ai before telling anyone else and we will fix it.
Children
This site and the Covely platform are business tools. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
We update this notice when what we do changes. The date at the top is the version you are reading. If a change matters to you, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
