Questions about billing
How does credit-based pricing work?
Every plan includes a pool of credits. Each generation spends credits based on its type and length, so you only pay for what you create, across images and video. Credits stay valid for the whole billing period.
What happens to the credits I do not use?
They stay valid for your entire billing period: one, four or twelve months depending on the cadence you pick. On a four-month or annual plan nothing is wiped at the end of each month.
Can I buy more credits mid-cycle?
Yes. Top up any plan with extra credits at $0.16 per credit whenever you need them. Top-up credits stay valid for twelve months, with no commitment.
Can I change plan or cadence later?
Yes. Upgrade or change cadence whenever you like and the new rate applies from your next billing period. Everything is priced in US dollars.
Which plan do I need for API access?
API and MCP start on Scale, along with custom workflows and custom voice. SSO and enterprise controls are Enterprise. See MCP and AI integration
